Shipping Policy
Processing Time
In-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Pre-orders ship within 2 weeks of order date. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.
Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship via USPS. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout.
All orders ship in Deluce signature packaging, gift-ready.
International Shipping
We currently ship to international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10 to 21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Duties and Customs
International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside of our control. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at shopdeluce@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to make it right.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and provide a prepaid return shipping label to make it right.
